So, how does this work?

* Most people place their order online.
* We need 3 days to fill your order.
* When we go to fill your order,
we make an extra large batch of each recipe.

*After packaging each recipe, your order is set aside and
the rest of the dishes are placed in our
refrigerated Grab & Go Section,
available for purchase to walk-in customers.

* So you win either way, place your order in advance
to get exactly what you want,
or select from Grab & Go Section ready now!

* To find out what we have available right now,
check-out the Grab & Go Section
on our website or call the store!

* Cuisine-To-Go items are prepared to be
refrigerated for up to 5 days and then
frozen for up to 3 months.

Our cuisine is made from
scratch, using fresh, whole foods.
We don’t add any preservatives or stabilizers,
and we’re virtually MSG free!

Based on current inventory,
your menu items may be either
refrigerated or frozen on pick-up/delivery day.
If you plan to enjoy some or all of your order on the same day as pick-up/delivery, please let us know so that
we can ensure that you receive refrigerated items.

Currently, this website is not accepting credit card payments.
Payment will be collected when order is picked-up or delivered.
Forms of payment accepted: cash, credit/debit card & check.
If credit card being used for delivery order,
we'll contact you before the scheduled delivery day to collect cc info.

What's What?

Heat & Serve:
single-serve prepared
dishes ready to be heated in your
microwave, toaster, convection and regular oven.

Bake & Serve Casseroles:
prepared dishes,
packaged to serve 3-4 or 6-8.
Ready to baked in your oven or,
if requested at time of order,
can be piping hot for pick-up/delivery.

Bake & Serve Entrees:
assembled, raw product,
packaged to serve 3
and ready to be baked in your oven.

Cook & Serve Entrees:
assembled, raw product,
packaged to serve 3
and ready to be cooked on your stovetop.

Grill & Serve:
Burgers, Sausages, Chops, etc.

Helpful Hints

Here are a few tips on getting the most from our cuisine.

The date on the front label is the date we prepared the dish.

The label on each package states the number of servings.
~~~~~~
The black trays are made so that they can go in any oven:
microwave, conventional, convection and toaster ovens!

Meals in the silver trays are ready for your
conventional, convection or toaster oven.
~~~~~~~
Meals in the Ziplok bags are ready for
you to prepare on you stovetop.

If the dish was refrigerated when pick-up/delivered,
you have 5 days from the date on the package to either eat it or freeze it.

If the dish was frozen when picked-up/delivered,
you can continue to freeze until ready to enjoy,
up to 3 months in your freezer.

It is highly recommended that you THAW the cuisine
in your refrigerator the night before you plan to consume it
(we don’t add stabilizers to our cuisine, so it needs to be thawed before heating).

Once you’ve taken the dish out of the freezer to thaw,
you have 5 days to eat it.

When heating the dish in the microwave,
We recommend that you cover the cuisine with a
Microwave Splatter Cover/Dome.
This will help retain the heat within a smaller area,
thus providing more even heating.
