Until further notice, the lunchtime Gourmet Buffet is going off-line. I find that I need to focus on where there is interest and move away from where, presently, there is none. Although the Gourmet Buffet is a great idea and unique to the area, at this time, it's a distraction from our core business offerings, which are catering, prepared meals and cooking classes. So, after giving this much thought, the buffet is out of service.
We cooked some outstanding dishes for the buffet in January - I'm sorry that everyone didn't get a chance to try it...perhaps another time. A big thanks to those who did stop by and also to my helpers; Stephanie, Amy and Mustafa.
